Women's Golf Association

Welcome to the Edgewater Golf Club 2010 Women's Golf Association!  We are looking forward to a year of friendly competition and great golf.  It is our mission to provide a well organized association which makes it fun to play golf and help forge new relationships on and off the course.  The following will outline the Women's Golf Association fees and procedures:

Players who wish to join the Women's Golf Association will pay a $35 membership fee.  With this membership fee, each player will receive a year-long USGA handicap membership, an end of the year awards Gala, and member pricing in the Golf Shop.  All Women's Association events are $35 per player except for the Women's Guest Day which will be $40 per player or $80 per team.  These entry fees include your Greens and Cart fees for the event, plus a portion of your entry will go toward the awards for that event!  Membership fees may be paid by cash, check, or credit card.  Event entry fee must be paid with cash.  

Players may register for the Women's Golf Association and its events via phone or e-mail.  Registration for upcoming events will close at 5:00pm one week prior to the event.  People who try to register after the deadline are not guaranteed a place in the event.  The minimum field size to hold an event is ten (10) players.

In the event of adverse weather, a "rain date" will be scheduled in the following weeks.  Tee times and pairings will remain the same.  If the "rain date" is also washed out, that month's event will be cancelled and entry fee's will be reimbursed.  In the event that less than 4 events are able to be held over the course of the season, all membership fee's will be reimbursed and the remaining events will be cancelled.

We are excited about the possibilities of this year's Women's Golf Association and look forward to the upcoming festivities.  Play Well and hit ‘em straight!
